Return of Online Orders
- Return purchases must be made
within 30 days of purchase.
- Merchandise found to be
defective may be returned only with proper authorization. Call for authorization 800-537-0024
- A credit will be issued to
the charge card used for the initial purchase
- Return Authorization number
must be clearly visible on the return package. We recommend selecting a trackable
shipping method for your return package, Kenyon will not pay for the
return shipping service.

in new condition and in its original packaging.

currently offer an exchange program. Place your new order for the desired
items at kenyonconsumer.com. Please note: You will be charged for shipping
and handling on your new order.
- All returns are subject to
inspection upon receipt. Returned merchandise must be in new condition
with original tags attached and/or packaging intact. Merchandise sent back
in less than new condition will be discarded and refund will not be
